You can register and obtain your entrance ticket to access the exhibition area and attend conference sessions.

The online ticket office will be available until May 28th.

Tickets are personalized and cannot be transferred. They are valid for the entire duration of the event.

*Each visitor must register with a unique email address. Multiple registrations with the same email address are not allowed.

OPERATOR Ticket: To access the conference sessions and all scheduled events, you must purchase an OPERATOR ticket for €50.00 (including VAT) through online presale.

Your ticket will be emailed from noreply@bolognafiere.it within 10 minutes of completing your payment.

On-Site Purchase: Tickets can also be purchased at the fair’s ticket offices for €70.00 (including VAT) during the event.

Please note: please be aware that you may only purchase one ticket per registration!

Free Admission: Access to the exhibition area only is free with a “VISITOR” ticket, which requires registration.

If you have a Invitation Code, please register and validate it online.

The invitation code is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Remember to activate it before arriving at the trade fair!

University students may enter the exhibition and conference halls free of charge, provided they register at the Bologna Fiere ticket office (West Constitution entrance) during the event, presenting their university ID card or another document proving their enrolment at a university.

To request your pass, please complete the following form by 15 May 2026.

From early May, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download your pass to gain access to the fair and the exhibition area.

Issuing of certificates of attendance

The event secretariat will issue a general certificate of attendance at the event from 3.00 pm each day.

General certificates will not be issued after the event; please therefore visit the event secretariat.

To obtain a specific certificate of attendance for a single training event, you must submit a request to the organiser of that particular conference.
