How to get there

The Bologna exhibition center is easily accessible from Italy and abroad by plane, train, bus, or car. The district is well served by local public transport and has a large car park.

Airplane

Marconi Express service from G. Marconi Airport to Bologna Centrale Railway Station. Then take bus line 35 or 38 to the Fiera Palazzo Congressi/Fiera Aldo Moro stop.

Train

From the railway station, located just ten minutes from the exhibition center, lines 35 and 38 offer a direct connection to the main entrance of the event (West Entrance Costituzione).

Car

From the A1 (Milan, Florence, Rome) and A14 (Rimini, Ancona, Bari) motorways: take the “BOLOGNA FIERA” exit directly off the A14, then follow Via Michelino, Viale della Fiera, Viale Aldo Moro, and continue towards Piazza Costituzione.

From the A13 motorway (Ferrara, Padua, Venice): take the “BOLOGNA ARCOVEGGIO” exit, then take the ring road and exit at junction 7 for Ingresso Ovest Costituzione and the Piazza Costituzione car park.

Parking: enter “Piazza della Costituzione – Bologna” into your sat-nav to reach the Piazza Costituzione car park. Flat daily rate: €24.00 including VAT.

Access to the EXHIBITION AREA ONLY is free of charge, subject to online registration with a ‘VISITOR’ ticket. Professionals can register for free on the event website and download their ticket to present at the turnstiles, which will allow them to access the exhibition and visit the exhibition area only. To access the CONFERENCE AREA and participate in all events, as well as visit the EXHIBITION AREA, you must purchase an OPERATOR admission ticket at a cost of €50.00 (including VAT) in advance online. During the event, it will be possible to purchase admission tickets at the exhibition ticket offices at a cost of €70.00 (VAT included). All admission tickets are nominative, non-transferable to third parties and valid for all days of the event.

University students can visit the exhibition area and access the conference rooms free of charge, upon registration, by showing their university badge or other document certifying their enrolment at a university at the Bologna Fiere ticket office during the days of the event. To request your pass for access to the fair and the exhibition area, you must fill in the accreditation form. An e-mail will be sent, starting from 11 May 2026, with instructions on how to download your pass to access the fair and the exhibition area. To obtain a PRESS PASS that is also valid for access to the conference area, you will need to register at the BolognaFiere Service Centre – Block B (first floor).

Due to the business-oriented nature of the exhibition, the organizers do not recommend entry to visitors under 18. Admission to the fair for children under the age of 18 is free of charge. The parent or accompanying person of the minor must complete, at the ticket offices, the form of decline of responsibility.

Ambiente Lavoro, in collaboration with the travel agency Bologna Welcome, offers exclusively to exhibitors and visitors particularly advantageous rates for trips with trains, trips with airlines and overnight stays in some hotels in the city. Dogs are allowed only if on a leash and muzzled or with a special carrier, except for dogs serving disabled people who can access without limitations.
