Access to the EXHIBITION AREA ONLY is free of charge, subject to online registration with a ‘VISITOR’ ticket. Professionals can register for free on the event website and download their ticket to present at the turnstiles, which will allow them to access the exhibition and visit the exhibition area only. To access the CONFERENCE AREA and participate in all events, as well as visit the EXHIBITION AREA, you must purchase an OPERATOR admission ticket at a cost of €50.00 (including VAT) in advance online. During the event, it will be possible to purchase admission tickets at the exhibition ticket offices at a cost of €70.00 (VAT included). All admission tickets are nominative, non-transferable to third parties and valid for all days of the event.

University students can visit the exhibition area and access the conference rooms free of charge, upon registration, by showing their university badge or other document certifying their enrolment at a university at the Bologna Fiere ticket office during the days of the event. To request your pass for access to the fair and the exhibition area, you must fill in the accreditation form. An e-mail will be sent, starting from 11 May 2026, with instructions on how to download your pass to access the fair and the exhibition area. To obtain a PRESS PASS that is also valid for access to the conference area, you will need to register at the BolognaFiere Service Centre – Block B (first floor).

Due to the business-oriented nature of the exhibition, the organizers do not recommend entry to visitors under 18. Admission to the fair for children under the age of 18 is free of charge. The parent or accompanying person of the minor must complete, at the ticket offices, the form of decline of responsibility.

Ambiente Lavoro, in collaboration with the travel agency Bologna Welcome, offers exclusively to exhibitors and visitors particularly advantageous rates for trips with trains, trips with airlines and overnight stays in some hotels in the city. Yes, the cloakroom/luggage storage is available at the Service Centre – Block A (ground floor) from the Constitution West Entrance. Single price per garment at 5,00 €.

Dogs are allowed only if on a leash and muzzled or with a special carrier, except for dogs serving disabled people who can access without limitations.
